Order your pet's test kit online securely and have their kit delivered in 1-3 working days.

2. COLLECT THE SAMPLE

Collect your pet's fur/hair sample using the collection pouch provided & complete the submission form.

The Easy Way to Understand
Your Pet's Health

How long does my kit take to get delivered?

After purchasing your kit it will be dispatched to your delivery address the following working day. Please allow 1-3 days for your kit to be delivered via the royal mail.

We only require 3 to 5 strands of hair or fur from anywhere on your animal.

Once we have received your pets sample your results will be sent via email within 3 working days.  

Use a clean brush to brush through your pet’s hair/fur to collect the sample. Then place the sample in the sample collection bag provided in your kit.
